To help reduce the amount of waste packaging produced and our impact on the environment, the 6 sample coils of string in this pack are not packaged in their usual foil packaging.

Have only tried the Square string and the synthetic gut so far.
The square string is brilliant for producing spin. Really bites the ball. Compares well to more expensive square strings from other brands (such as volkl, solinco, grapplesnake and weiss cannon). Would buy again based on the balance between price and performance. Would prefer it slightly thinner, but fine as it is.
Strung as a hybrid with the synthetic gut. The gut is nothing special, slightly spongy and I might even go as far as to say over-priced for what it is.
I will restring as a hybrid again and use the square strings on the mains with a different synthetic gut cross string, which should get the best out of the square string (whatever it’s called).
Haven’t tried the other 3 string samples yet, but may update review when I have.
