Angell has a company policy not to flood people with e-mail correspondence, but simply gives you periodic information so you can stay up to date on what Angell is offering. Angell also uses your e-mail address to confirm your order and to confirm shipment of your order and to respond to any inquiries you make on-line. All e-mails you receive will provide you with information as to how to opt out from receiving future mailings.

Children’s Privacy

Although Angell does not specifically direct its web site to children, Angell strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. For their protection, Angell asks that anyone 13 years of age or younger not attempt to register with Angell or otherwise provide Angell with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Delivery / order processing

We aim to dispatch all processed orders within 14 days maximum and dispatch using a variety of couriers. All orders will show as processing until they are ready to be dispatched. Customer notification email will be automatically sent with tracking information once an order is complete.

When purchasing from outside of the UK, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duty / fees associated with receiving the order into their country. Refusal to pay any fees applicable may result in the order being returned to us. If this occurs any return costs will be deducted from any refund.

Racket Warranty Policy

All Angell racket’s are fully warranted for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any structural failures arising from regular use or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover regular deterioration of Grips, Grommets and Strings or misuse in any way. Any modifications made to the racket by the user including but not limited to handle pallet change will void the standard warranty. In all circumstances the racket will need to be returned to Angell for inspection before any replacement is issued. Replacement frames are only available to be issued to the original purchaser and are covered by the original purchase warranty period only.

Luggage and Racket Cover Warranty Policy

All items of Angell luggage and covers are fully warranted for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all types of luggage including racket covers against manufacturing or material defects. In all circumstances the item will need to be returned to Angell before any replacement is issued.

Out of Stock Items

As a live site, it is not always possible to show out of stock items prior to an order being placed. Where possible, alternative products will be offered or a full refund given. This type of issue is more relevant during busy periods such as a site sale or discounted item promotion. We endeavour to update our site as often as possible with new information, but apologise if your chosen item is not available.

Return / Cancellation Policy – Custom Rackets

As a bespoke built item, each custom racket is non refundable once an order has been placed. We do allow a 24 hour cooling off period where customers are able to cancel / modify their order by contacting us via email – quoting their order number and intention of change or cancellation. After the initial 24 hour period it may still be possible to modify the order but is dependent on the status of the product build and is not guaranteed. Once dispatched, all custom built product sales are final unless a manufacturing fault occurs.

We measure the final frame unstrung weight, balance and swing weight of every frame we build and this data is held on our database for future reference. This data is available on request via the frame serial number.
Our measuring equipment is calibrated each day to ensure high accuracy at all times across the full range of specifications and the data is accurately recorded and verified. We are unable to guarantee the frame specifications when measured on external devices or apps due to lack of calibration and accuracy.
If requested, final strung specifications can be estimated but cannot be guaranteed due to the wide variety of aftermarket accessories.

Return / Cancellation Policy – Other Items

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it unused within 30 days for a full refund. It is not possible to refund or exchange any item that has been used or damaged in anyway. Any return of Angell product to Angell should include all original accessories that were supplied. Please wrap the package securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.
